Bill Fournet is the Founder, President and CEO of The Persimmon Group. In addition to leading The Persimmon Group since its inception, he also leads the practice areas of leadership development, business transformation, and team performance.

Martin Piplits is a Senior Consultant with AMark specializing in business consulting, strategic planning and crisis management with an emphasis on financial management.
Bill Fournet
Bill provides business strategy, project management, educational development, and information technology consulting to clients in various industry verticals, including energy, financial services, aerospace, telecommunications, government and human resources, among others. He is a sought after speaker and educator who balances this demand with continuing to be a leadership and management practitioner.
Over the past two decades, Bill has provided leadership for clients in delivery methodology, business process improvement, resource development, project management, business analysis, and training for a variety of national, international and multinational. He has led strategic programs spanning years, staffed by hundreds of people, sourced globally, and managed budgets in excess of $100M. Bill earned a bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University and a master's degree from Oklahoma State University. He and his wife Christy have three sons and a dog. Bill is an Assistant Scoutmaster in the Boy Scouts of America, serves as Pack Chairman for his Cub Scout Pack, coaches his sons' soccer and basketball teams, and is active in the Tulsa community. He is a member of the State of Oklahoma Governor's Business Roundtable, a member of the Oklahoma State Chamber of Commerce's Board of Directors, and member of the Oklahoma City and Tulsa Metro Chambers of Commerce. Bill was also recognized as the 2010 Small Business Person of the Year by the Tulsa Metro Chamber of Commerce.
Martin Piplits
Formerly, Martin was the Chief Financial Officer for Hilti North America. As CFO, he oversaw numerous functions including accounting, credit, budgeting and reporting. Prior to becoming CFO, Martin served in various senior management positions in Austria, Switzerland, Hungary, South Korea and Hong Kong.
During his tenure at Hilti Incorporated, Martin also served as General Manager for the company's Hungary division, managing a sales force of 50 direct salesmen in Eastern Europe. As such he designed the sales management process, set sales targets, developed sales training, as well as managed and coached 5 sales managers on a daily basis. He developed specific strategies and resource allocation models, assigned sales resources, and successfully implemented sales strategies.
Martin has a successful track record for situational turn-around and profit-growth strategy in international and multi-cultural markets. Martin, who is fluent in English, Spanish and German, earned his MS and his MBA from the University of Economics in Vienna, Austria.

Consultant
Kelly is a consultant with AMark specializing in project management, business, finance, and human resources consulting services. She has developed a variety of project management best practice materials facilitating job analyses, competency development, skill acquisition, performance appraisal, interviewing, on-boarding, and mentoring. Her previous academic research experience has been in leadership success and failure, leader member exchange, employee training and development, and employee engagement and retention. She has facilitated the management of projects in variety of industries including investment financial services, customer service, and the energy sector. Kelly has a Bachelor’s in Communication from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and is currently working on a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems at the University of Tulsa. Kelly lives with her husband in Tulsa, OK. She is an active member of the Junior League of Tulsa and also volunteers with Tulsa Global Alliance and St. Francis Children’s Hospital.

J.Bob Jones is a Senior Consultant for The Persimmon Group. J.Bob works across multiple TPG services, including Project and Program Management, Leadership Development, and Operational Analysis.
Business Development Director
Josh Miller is the Business Development Director for The Persimmon Group. With ten years of sales, advertising, and account management experience, Josh oversees The Persimmon Group’s business development efforts. From marketing to sales and everything in between, he works to ensure that all needs of The Persimmon Group’s customers are met. Since joining The Persimmon Group in 2006, Josh has worked launching a number of initiatives including open enrollment classes, TPG Speakers, trade show exhibits, The Persimmon Group Newsletter, a branding campaign and implementation of a new CRM system. Josh also works closely with The Persimmon Group’s clients and its business development team to ensure the best possible service is provided to The Persimmon Group’s customers.

David Petty is a TPG Consultant specializing in project management, business change and operations management initiatives. David has over 15 years experience working with industry leading organizations to implement IT solutions in high performance operations environments. David has a proven track record using a consultative process to develop solutions that drive results.
Senior Associate
Kelley Pride is a Senior Associate with The Persimmon Group specializing in business consulting services, creative design, and content development for national speaking engagements. Her relevant topics engage audiences and prove applicable in professional arenas, such as project management, information technology, continuous improvement initiatives, effective communication, virtual teams, and generational diversity in the workplace. Kelley develops and facilitates training, from performance management to cultivating team dynamics. In conjunction, she manages various projects ranging from marketing initiatives, strategic planning, organizational analysis, and project management. She works within various industries including energy, aerospace, and manufacturing. Kelley earned a Bachelor’s in Organizational / Interpersonal Communication with a second major in Music Arts from Oral Roberts University. She is also a violinist, currently performing with the Tulsa Symphony Orchestra.
Project Management Practice Leader
Kris Reynolds is the Project Management (PM) Practice Leader for The Persimmon Group (TPG) and is a Project Management Institute-certified Project Management Professional (PMP). As part of the leadership team for TPG, he is responsible for the project and program management, business architecture and analysis services. His areas of client focus include leading large, strategic programs for companies, consulting on project management best practices, developing custom methodologies, providing hands-on coaching to project managers, performing project audits and conducting tailored learning events in a variety of industries. Kris has been recognized for his work in setting up Project Management Offices and was listed among the top 25 Outstanding Organizations for his work on TV Guide's PMO in 2008. He earned two Bachelors degrees (Economics and Business Administration) from Centenary College of Louisiana, and a Master’s degree in Marketing from Oklahoma City University. Kris is an active member of PMI Tulsa's board, having served as President the past two years. He is also a Six Sigma Black belt.

Tray Siegfried is a Senior Consultant with AMark Consultants. He brings with him a deep understanding of the strategic needs and challenges in the aerospace industry - locally, nationally, and internationally.

Sarah is a Consultant with The Persimmon Group specializing in business consulting services and leadership development. Sarah’s background is in Organizational Leadership and Development and Human Resource Management. Her expertise includes leadership development, talent management, employee relations, training development and communication. Prior to joining TPG, Sarah worked as a Senior HR Business Partner with a global engineering firm where she worked with employees and executives alike, ensuring that people, strategies, and solutions were successfully developed and implemented. Backed with a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certification and MS in Organizational Leadership, Sarah’s solutions are theoretically sound yet practical and realistic for fast-paced and complex organizations. She is guided by overarching strategy to implement people-centered processes, developmental activities, and change initiatives. Sarah is certified in Hogan Assessment Systems, an international personality and leadership assessment tool. She interprets this tool for the identification of personal strengths, values, and development opportunities in team building, leadership development, and executive coaching efforts. Sarah currently lives in Owasso with her husband and two young sons.
Senior Associate
Steven Watts is a Senior Associate with The Persimmon Group specializing in project management and business consulting services. Steven works with both private sector and government entities to help deliver tailored, client-specific solutions. His area of focus is in implementing project and work management software applications. These software applications act to improve company visibility with regard to project management, work force management, productivity, project tracking, and reporting. Prior to joining The Persimmon Group, Steven was an operations analyst at a large regional bank. He managed several large scale projects with estimated risk of over $180 million. In addition, Steven was responsible for implementing and redesigning several custom software solutions, which improved employee productivity. Steven resides in Tulsa, OK. He has a bachelors of Business degree in Entrepreneurship and Venture Management from the University of Oklahoma.

Jeff Wilcox is a Consultant with The Persimmon Group specializing in business consulting, strategic planning and process improvement. He has 14+ years of experience developing and implementing programs, strategies and solutions. As an experienced manager, he has held diverse positions across functional areas such as product management, database marketing, and call center management.
Lindsay Broughton
Lindsay Broughton is an Associate with The Persimmon Group, specializing in project management consulting services. Lindsay has facilitated the management of projects in a variety of industries, working with government agencies, the energy sector, as well as the goods and services industry. Lindsay has developed content in regards to all areas of project management, seeking to provide value where it is needed most. She has also developed a variety of informative materials about project management, directed to serve the various needs of the aerospace industry, as well as the public and private sector. She has worked extensively in project communications, providing necessary on-boarding and assessments for resources within and outside of The Persimmon Group. Prior to working at The Persimmon Group, Lindsay gained experience writing for the mass media while producing at a nationally broadcasted television network. Lindsay graduated from Oral Roberts University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Media Communications with an emphasis in Broadcast Journalism and Business. She currently resides in Tulsa with her husband.
Kelly Brummel
J.Bob Jones
J.Bob has over 25 years experience in the planning, leadership, execution, and analysis of complex operations. He has provided innovative business management solutions for large and start-up telecommunications companies, small business leaders, the US Army, US Navy, National Guard Bureau, US Air Force, US government agencies, and non-profit organizations. He has a diverse management and consulting background but specializes in strategic and operational planning, organizational design, project and program management, knowledge management, process re-engineering, operational analysis, and traning development and delivery.
Prior to joining TPG, J.Bob served abroad as an officer in the United States Army, and subsequently as a business maangement consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton. J.Bob earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the United States Military Academy at West Point, as has a Master's Certificate in Operational Studies from the United States Marine Corps School of Advanced Warfighting (SAW). J.Bob is a Project Management Professional (PMP), a Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM), holds an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)-Foundations certification, and has completed Moresteam Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training.
J.Bob stays active in his community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Girl Scouts of Eastern Oklahoma, as an Assistant Scoutmaster for his son's Boy Scout Troop, and is currently studying to be a Deacon in his church. J.Bob lives in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma with his wife Wendy and son Jonah.
Josh Miller
Prior to joining Persimmon, Josh served as a Senior Media Consultant for an independent advertising agency where he managed a portfolio of the company’s largest and most prestigious clients. Josh negotiated deals with both local cable companies and nationwide affiliates generating over $3 million in sales. Josh also managed the national television advertising campaign for the launch of the independent film, Taliesin Jones.
Josh earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Oral Roberts University. He currently lives in Tulsa with his wife Elizabeth and son Colin.
Jill Nickerson
Jill Nickerson oversees the strategic vision and planning for TPG Speakers while also acting as agent, representing the agency’s exclusive talent. Whether working with a Fortune 1000 company, a non-profit association or a Mom-and-Pop business , her mantra is “fit and tailor”. Thus, she makes every effort to recommend speakers who meet client criteria and to request that every speaker deliver personalized content. Jill focuses on establishing relationships with clients, from the initial contact to the event itself through post-program evaluation.
Prior to TPG Speakers, Jill promoted other professional speakers to organizations and associations of all sizes, from NASA to the U.S. Government to local schools to companies such as Boeing and Anheuser Busch. Jill has 20 years professional experience in journalism, public relations and marketing. She is also experienced in meeting management, having planned and executed numerous events of various sizes while working in-house as a marketing director for various companies in California, her former residence. This unique insight enhances her ability to provide services to meeting professionals. Jill also oversees TPG’s Social Media strategy.
Jill earned her Master’s in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism with a Minor in English Literature from Oklahoma State University. Jill is a member of the National Speakers Association, Meeting Professionals International, the American Marketing Association, and the International Association of Speakers Bureaus. She currently resides in her native state of Oklahoma with her family including an assortment of rescued pets. She is a representative class parent and volunteer at her young daughter’s school. Jill also volunteers for the Tulsa Chapter of the Project Management Institute. She regularly practices yoga, is an Indie music buff and frequent concert goer, and an avid sports fan.
David Petty
Formerly, David served in several capacities with BI Worldwide, a Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award winner and ISO9000 registered organization delivering consulting and outsourced operations services to large national customers. His assignments included Director, Client Services Operations, leading a development and operations staff of over 75 IT professionals.
David earned a master’s degree from Madonna University in Detroit, Michigan. He currently resides in Kansas City with his wife and kids.
Kelley Pride

Prior to joining TPG, Kris spent the past 6 years at Rovi Corporation (TV Guide) where he led the project management team around the deployment of the company’s Interactive Program Guide.
Before his stint with TV Guide, Kris spent 7 years at NDC Health where he served in a myriad of roles for the healthcare company. He is a graduate of the 40th class of Leadership Tulsa and enjoys giving back to the community, most recently through the teaching of the Project Management for Youth Curriculum he created, to Tulsa middle and high school students. Kris holds a National “C” license coaching certification and coached competitive soccer for many years before spending the last 6 coaching his daughter and son’s recreational teams.
Tray Siegfried
Prior to Persimmon, Tray served in several management positions at The NORDAM Group. He was ultimately appointed Vice Chairman of the Board, providing strategic and operational oversight to the management team, as well as developing Board processes and the company governance structure. He was the leader of several strategic sales initiatives while at NORDAM, including programs with Gulfstream, Cessna, Embraer, and Bombardier.
After graduating with a BS in Business from Notre Dame, Tray enlisted in the Oklahoma Air National Guard and ultimately became an F-16 fighter pilot. He has participated in many deployments, including Operation Iraqi Freedom. He remains on flight status and is a Lieutenant Colonel. He holds an MBA from Tulsa University.
Tray is a former board member of the General Aviation Manufacturers Association, Aerospace Industry Association, and the Tulsa Area United Way. He is a Boy Scouts of America adult volunteer. He currently lives in Tulsa with his wife and family.

Jeff Wilcox
Jeff has built a successful track record at H&R Block, UnitedHealth Group, and AT&T. In his various roles, he combined his strategic thinking with his practical implementation approach to take visions from concept to reality. Jeff has managed a wide array of products ranging from new product lines to mature products. In his most recent positions, he developed and executed strategic plans for multi-million dollar product portfolios.
Jeff is a graduate of Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He received his Master of Business Administration from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts. Jeff lives in Overland Park, Kansas with his wife Allison and their two daughters.
