Time, Risk, and Innovation Training – July 17
As a leader, do you have enough time in your day to “think” about leading effectively? For most of us, we can barely get through the day with all the little things – reacting to issues, putting out fires, and getting stuck in the “weeds”. This essential program focuses on being proactive, getting ahead, learning how to improve, and adapting to new situations. It will be focused on two parts: 1) the challenging aspects of creating and finding time to lead, and 2) developing a “risk and innovation” attitude within our teams.
