Dianne Bauer
Travel & Logistics Manager
Dianne is responsible for the individual and group business travel for TPG Speakers’ Talent and Staff. Dianne serves as the liaison between service providers and our agency. She negotiates contracts with travel vendors and suppliers that support TPG Speakers. Dianne is crucial in providing value to our clients by ensuring we have the best deals and schedules for our speakers. Dianne also is a conference coordinator for The Persimmon Group, planning and coordinating trade shows and events. Dianne addresses and resolves traveler concerns or services issues.
Dianne has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University. She lives in Tulsa with her husband Doug and their three children. Dianne is very active in her children’s schools as well as their sports’ activities.
Lindsay Broughton
Webmaster
Lindsay Broughton is an Associate with The Persimmon Group, specializing in project management consulting services. She creates multiple informational materials and white papers in parallel with The Persimmon Group’s project management programs.
For TPG Speakers, Lindsay manages our website and is responsible for updating our content. She works closely with our Speaking Director on timely communication of upcoming engagements. She also creates and maintains mailing lists for the TPG Speakers newsletter.
Lindsay graduated from Oral Roberts University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Media Communications with an emphasis in Broadcast Journalism and Business. She lives in Tulsa with her husband, Ricky
Amy Joy
Controller
Amy oversees the agency’s financial statements, cash management, and is responsible for financial tracking and forecasting for profitability. She works with our clients on invoicing and financial contract management.
Amy is a Chicago native, has a degree in accounting from the University of Illinois, and is an Registered Illinois Certified Public Accountant. She and her husband Dan have two children. Amy is an infectiously happy Midwesterner who loves being a Soccer and Hockey mom.
Jill Nickerson
TPG Speakers Director
Jill Nickerson oversees the strategic vision and planning for TPG Speakers while also acting as agent, representing the agency’s exclusive talent. Whether working with a Fortune 1000 company, a non-profit association or a Mom-and-Pop business , her mantra is “fit and tailor”. Thus, she makes every effort to recommend speakers who meet client criteria and to request that every speaker deliver personalized content. Jill focuses on establishing relationships with clients, from the initial contact to the event itself through post-program evaluation. Prior to TPG Speakers, Jill promoted other professional speakers to organizations and associations of all sizes, from NASA to the U.S. Government to local schools to companies such as Boeing and Anheuser Busch. Jill has 20 years professional experience in journalism, public relations and marketing. She is also experienced in meeting management, having planned and executed numerous events of various sizes while working in-house as a marketing director for various companies in California, her former residence. This unique insight enhances her ability to provide services to meeting professionals. Jill also oversees TPG’s Social Media strategy.
Jill earned her Master’s in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism with a Minor in English Literature from Oklahoma State University. Jill is a member of the National Speakers Association, Meeting Professionals International, the American Marketing Association, and the International Association of Speakers Bureaus. She currently resides in her native state of Oklahoma with her family including an assortment of rescued pets. She is a representative class parent and volunteer at her young daughter’s school. Jill also volunteers for the Tulsa Chapter of the Project Management Institute. She regularly practices yoga, is an Indie music buff and frequent concert goer, and an avid sports fan.
Kelley Pride
Content Developer
Kelley Pride is a Senior Associate with The Persimmon Group specializing in business consulting services, creative design, and content development for national speaking engagements. Her relevant topics engage audiences and prove applicable in professional arenas, such as project management, information technology, continuous improvement initiatives, effective communication, virtual teams, and generational diversity in the workplace. As Content Developer for TPG Speakers, Kelley keeps our topics fresh and relevant with current research. She puts together presentations that creatively enhance our speakers’ content. Thanks to Kelley, you can rest assured your audience will be engaged (and never bored!) by a multi-media presentation!
Kelley earned a Bachelor’s in Organizational / Interpersonal Communication with a second major in Music Arts from Oral Roberts University. Kelley is a violinist, currently performing with the Tulsa Symphony Orchestra.
