Kris spoke to the Southwest Airlines PM Community on July 31, 2012. There were almost 100 people in attendance. The topic was, “It’s not Trivia(l)! Key Items No PM Should Overlook”. His practicality and expertise were flexible and aligned well with our corporate culture. His ability to blend Trivia and PM best practices is creative and engaging. His concepts were a refreshing reminder of several key actions and disciplines that PMs often forget. Our PM Community was surveyed after the presentation and the feedback was A+. If you are in need of a solid speaker who can do more than just talk theory but also reference personal experiences throughout a presentation…Kris is the guy. I highly recommend Kris Reynolds if you are looking to heighten the awareness of your PMs or need a new strategic thinker for your delivery initatives.

Kris,
Thank you for the superb presentation at the PMI Northwest Arkansas Monthly Chapter Meeting in Rogers, Arkansas on June 18, 2012. Our Chapter members are still remarking on how enjoyable it was. Your presentation, “It’s Not Trivia(l)! Key Items No PM Should Overlook!”, was relevant and entertaining to help the audience target common project management tips with a light-hearted perspective. The examples with recognizable movie snippets and situations tied the situations to the recommendations, with outcomes that are both personally as well as professionally valuable.
The NWA Board had no doubts that you would be fantastic on the subject after reading the original synopsis, and you did not fail to deliver. The audience found the content and entertainment value to be extremely high value, and were kept amused and engaged throughout.
Here are a few comments that our audience made:
“Kris’ delivery was great!”
“The content was applicable to my everyday job”
“I would like to see what else Kris can present, he was fantastic!”
It was a pleasure working with you and your support team. Thank you for all of your effort and time to come all the way from Tulsa and make this meeting a huge success. Based on the comments of the attendees, we would love to have you back for future events.

“I’ve known and worked with Kris the better part of 10 years and have found him to be professional, knowledgeable and caring for those that he worked with. I’ve been impressed by Kris’ ability to listen to a problem, analyze the situation and then play devil’s advocate to promote greater thinking about a situation and it’s possible solutions. He definitely cares about his team/client’s success but is willing to provide the tough opinions that are needed. He has proven time and again to be a positive change agent for organizations. I’ve just recently witnessed Kris in his role as a trainer and am pleased, but not surprised, at his ability to not only ensure that the class learns something but has fun doing it.”

“Kris Reynolds is one of the most dynamic individuals that I have ever met, who possesses extremely strong Management and Leadership Skills. I have known Kris for over three years. Two years as the President of the Tulsa PMI Chapter and over three years as a PMO Director, PM Professional and PM Consultant. I have seen him accomplish tasks and projects with volunteers that I thought weren’t possible. I have seen him work very effectively with Volunteers, Employees, Clients and Peers. He is an excellent planner and organizer, able to motive staff and implement projects with vision and at the same time possessing an easy likeable demeanor.”
-John Y., Vice President, Grayhorse Technologies, Inc.
“I enjoyed breaking out of the daily routine and interacting with my co-workers in a different manner. The exercises were fun and thought provoking. Kris handled our fun but rowdy group really well.”
