Project Management

Managing Multiple Projects

Get out of firefighting mode and embrace a system that keeps you clear, focused, and ahead of the work

This workshop is built for professionals who are managing more than one project at a time—regardless of whether “project manager” is in their job title. If your team is balancing a mix of initiatives, with shifting priorities and constant context-switching, this half-day session offers tools to bring structure to the chaos.

Learners will get hands-on strategies to track competing priorities, manage their time across projects, and communicate clearly without letting things slip through the cracks. It’s designed for busy professionals who need a real system to stay on top of their work.

Regardless of the format, learners leave with a plan, a process, and the confidence to manage multiple moving parts.

After this course, participants will:

  • Clarify what’s on their plate—and what’s falling through the cracks
  • Prioritize projects and tasks based on value, urgency, and bandwidth
  • Use visual tools to track progress across multiple efforts at once
  • Reduce mental clutter with practical time and workload management strategies
  • Communicate status, needs, and risks more clearly across teams

Warm and Inclusive.

The class atmosphere was so inclusive! I often attend classes and don't have a sense of belonging, but did not experience that with this class. It was interactive rather than a lecture. Our instructor knew when to let us discuss ideas vs. "instructing" us. Persimmon knocked it out of the park!

Impactful.

I love that the same concepts can be used by people from different industries, education or experience, with such diverse job titles and on an endless amount of short or long-term projects. Thank you so much!
