Success at work often depends on how well we adapt to the people around us. In this interactive workshop, participants use the DiSC® behavioral model to understand how different styles prefer to work, communicate, and make decisions—and how to adjust their approach to build better working relationships.
Before the session, participants complete the DiSC assessment and receive a personalized report. During the workshop, they’ll learn how to recognize different behavioral patterns, avoid common friction points, and flex their communication style to improve collaboration, reduce conflict, and get things done more smoothly across teams.
This workshop is ideal for groups or teams who want to improve cross-functional communication, strengthen working relationships, and build a more adaptive, self-aware team culture.
After this course, participants will:
- Identify the behavioral styles of their teammates and colleagues
- Adapt their communication to reduce friction and misunderstandings
- Build stronger collaboration across different work styles and personalities
- Use DiSC as a common language for giving feedback, resolving tension, and working through differences
- Avoid common pitfalls when working with styles that differ from their own
