Senior Project Manager

We’re actively seeking seasoned Senior Project Managers and Program Managers in Tulsa, OK. This is an exceptional opportunity for professionals who excel in various IT project domains, including:

Role Expectations

As a senior-level PM at Persimmon, you will lead our most critical and complex projects, often enterprise-wide with significant stakeholder engagement. We value professionals who can:

  • Demonstrate 7-10+ years of Project Management experience with at least 3 years in leading large-scale, complex projects.
  • Expertly manage schedules using Microsoft Project, oversee budget performance, and develop accurate forecasts.
  • Simplify complex information for stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
  • Lead diverse teams, including customers, vendors, and partners, fostering seamless collaboration across functions.
  • Have experience in developing RFP packages and working closely with Business Analysts to define and capture business requirements.
