This course invites leaders to step back from the daily demands of management and reflect on the bigger picture: Who do I want to be as a leader—and how do I get there?

Our Developing Yourself as a Leader course is a highly reflective and high-impact experience designed to help participants make the mental and behavioral shifts necessary to lead at higher levels. Through structured self-reflection, real-world leadership models, and candid peer discussion, leaders explore how to move from tactical execution to strategic influence.

Participants examine their leadership strengths, identify areas for growth, and explore what separates successful leaders from those who plateau. The course introduces the “Seven Seismic Shifts” that define leadership evolution, helping each participant develop a customized leadership development plan aligned with their unique goals and aspirations.

This course is ideal for organizations looking to build a stronger leadership bench by equipping current and emerging leaders with the mindset, self-awareness, and direction to grow with the business.
