Build your team’s ability to solve the everyday problems that can send a project off track. This course helps them distinguish the causes that need attention from the symptoms everyone can see. Participants will learn how to adjust a project plan, assess recovery options, and establish realistic new commitments. They’ll also learn to tighten communication and improve stakeholder experience as the work progresses.
Participants work through realistic case studies to practice getting challenging projects back on track. Coaching and feedback help them improve their recovery plans and the conversations needed to put changes into practice. Our instructors contribute experience from their own project work, helping the group explore different approaches and apply the lessons to the real situations your team faces.
After this course, participants will be able to:
- Identify why a project is struggling so the team knows where to focus its efforts.
- Choose and carry out changes that improve communication and how the project team works together.
- Compare recovery options with a clear view of their effects on stakeholders and the work.
- Agree on realistic changes to plans and commitments when a reset needs broader support.
Reusable Prompts and AI Skills
After class, participants will receive a library of reusable prompts and AI skills (repeatable instructions for project leadership and recovery tasks). A brief demonstration shows them how to use the library in their AI tool of choice, giving your team resources to apply the learning after class.
