Help managers and senior professionals make sound decisions when advice and analysis point in different directions. This workshop gives them a way to clarify the decision, compare recommendations, and judge the evidence behind each option. They’ll learn when further analysis is worth the time and when they have enough information to act. They’ll also learn how to ask AI for useful advice, validate its recommendations, and recognize when that input can sharpen their thinking.
Throughout the course, participants will work with realistic leadership scenarios. They’ll practice spotting weak assumptions and missing context, as well as making sound choices even when some questions remain unanswered. They’ll also consider when a small test could resolve a question and what new evidence would justify revisiting a decision.
- Frame a decision around the result your organization needs to achieve.
- Compare recommendations and make the tradeoffs clear.
- Spot weak assumptions and missing context, including in AI-generated analysis.
- Judge when to seek more evidence, run a small test, or make the decision.
- Explain the reasoning behind a choice and recognize when new evidence would justify changing the decision.
Reusable Prompts and AI Skills
After class, participants will receive a library of reusable prompts and AI skills (repeatable instructions for evaluating recommendations and making decisions). A brief demonstration shows them how to use the library in their AI tool of choice, giving your team resources to apply the learning after class.
