Project Manager

Are you a seasoned Project Manager looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking an experienced professional with 7-10+ years in project management or project implementation to join our dynamic team. With a preference for backgrounds in Finance, Healthcare, or Non-Profit sectors, this role is perfect for those ready to make a substantial impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex projects from design to production, ensuring innovative solutions are delivered efficiently.
  • Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from detailed business requirements and design to scheduling, budgeting, and client relationship development.
  • Champion the definition of project scopes, goals, and deliverables, aligning with broader organizational objectives.
  • Strategize for risk mitigation and plan contingencies, maintaining project momentum.
  • Foster strong communication channels between project teams and departments to enhance collaboration and resource allocation.
  • Ensure project documentation is comprehensive and up-to-date, overseeing quality from inception to delivery.
Job Requirements
  • Extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, evidenced by a 7-10+ year track record.
  • Ability to travel (20-25%) and availability for occasional evening work as needed.
  • Proficiency in MS Project and familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies; PMP and SCRUM Master certifications are highly regarded.
  • Proven capability in scheduling, budgeting, and effectively communicating complex concepts across diverse audiences.
  • A strong foundation in Education, Human Services, Health, or Early Childhood fields is advantageous.
