We deliver training both virtually via Teams and in-person for organizations across the United States, as well as internationally. We can host the class at our premier learning facility or at a location of your choice.

The class minimum and maximum vary by course , depending on the ideal learning environment for the content. Typical class minimums range from 8 – 12 participants with course maximums averaging 20 – 25 participants.

Yes, if you have a department or company-wide meeting, we will tailor learning content for the audience and size based on your desired learning outcomes for the meeting. In addition to our training programs, we deliver keynote and workshop programs through our speaking division, TPG Speakers, that could also be a good fit for your company-wide meeting.

Both. Based on your business needs, we can provide learning for your employees through a stand-alone course or craft a program of courses to develop and build mastery of key competencies and skills for your teams.

This varies based upon course length, instructor availability, and whether any content needs to be tailored or developed. Though, 6 – 12 weeks is a good rule of thumb.

We are registered providers with the Project Management Institute, SHRM, and HRCI. The majority of our courses qualify to provide continuing education credits through all of these entities. In addition, many other certifications requiring continuing education have a conversion process that allows for these CEU’s to be translated for their certification requirements.

Absolutely! We intentionally build our learning content modularly for just this reason. Much of the learning content from our courses can be quickly blended from to quickly create a tailored course customized to your needs. Once we understand your learning needs and objectives, our team can help to quickly craft a recommended course tailored to your needs.

Our private training courses are priced by event up to the maximum number of participants for a given course. We also offer public classes throughout the year for individual or small group registrations.

We know you’ll love our virtual learning experiences! Just like a physical classroom, you’ll see and speak to your instructor, participate in discussions and small group activities, and follow along in a writable PDF workbook so you can take notes and reference them later.

Your instructor will also be available to you between sessions and after the course to answer questions, PLUS you’ll get access to electronic copies of all the documents we recommend you use to keep your projects on track.

The Persimmon Group uses Zoom for all learning events, with multiple security protocols in place to ensure a safe and private event. Zoom allows you to participate on the web (without downloading additional software) if desired.
